We believe every child should be able to express themselves and regular exercise is great for everybody... Not only for their bodies but for their minds too.

Our choice of exercise is dance, of course! In hourly or half hourly sessions we provide structured dance and drama lessons, having fun and expressing ourselves using movement and storytelling all whilst learning about the importance of being in touch with our bodies and our minds - not only promoting exercise as a great release but as a way to make us feel great and calm our minds from the outside world.

With positive reinforcement and encouragement to let themselves shine we aim to help children grow into strong, happy, determined and confident beings!
